Our Full managed services package
From day one, We will set up your own rental space on our extremely popular vacation website, and also if not already operational, we will also create you a new AirBnB listing.
From there, we will always continue to handle everything professionally, from all your day to day client enquiries, all pricing and availability requests, to your client meet and greets/departures.
Professional Cleaning. Secure key holding. initial and updated photographs. Apartment calendar control. And all maintenance management (should it should be needed). and all 7 days a week and 365 days a year
Client issues, Apartment issues, in fact everything, to make your apartment run smoothly and without glitches that may create bigger headaches for you.
And most importantly, all your rental income funds are paid in full, and directly into your chosen Spanish bank account.

- Meet and Greets (annually Per apartment) normally €400.00
- M & A Apartments Website (Advertising ONLY Annually) normally €479.00

- (E) All routine guest Issues (std min Hourly Rate)
- (E) All Routine Repairs and maintenance reporting only (std min Hourly Rate)
- (E) Unlimited Website / AirBnB Enquiries (Contract only) (std min Hourly Rate)
- (E) Supply of your quarterly EC Accounts Information (std min Hourly Rate) (as requested)
- (E) Reporting of your Client information to the hospederias (std min Hourly Rate) (to comply with your FULL legal requirements)
The Total estimated (E) Cost if purchased Individually is €2269.00 Euros (including €1,265 estimated for all other unlimited and requested items) (Or only €6.23 a day)
However, as an incentive price of only €1999.00 plus IVA. We are giving you a saving of over €250.00 Euros, as opposed to when you purchase these same items individually.
