This localized setup allows us to remain exceptionally responsive. Whether welcoming guests who arrive ahead of schedule, guiding late arrivals, or addressing urgent property matters, being minutes away ensures seamless support throughout the stay.
When guests arrive, we do more than simply hand over keys. We provide a thorough walk-through of the property, explaining essential equipment such as air conditioning units, appliances, and home controls. We also offer helpful local recommendations, ensuring guests feel comfortable, informed, and valued from the moment they step through the door. Upon departure, we execute a structured check-out procedure to verify property condition, secure the premises, and ensure a smooth handover.
Flexible Meet and Greet Service Plans to Suit Your Rental Model
To accommodate different operational needs and occupancy rates, we offer flexible service options designed to keep your overhead predictable:

Unlimited Annual Package: Ideal for properties with steady or high guest turnover. For less than €15.00 per week (€750.00 plus IVA annually), this flat-rate package provides unlimited meet and greet visits and full key-holding coverage throughout your contractual year. It offers total peace of mind and complete cost predictability, regardless of how many bookings you secure.

Pay-Per-Visit Option: Best suited for properties with lower guest frequency or seasonal-only bookings. If you do not expect high turnover throughout the year, we provide individual arrival and departure support at a standard hourly rate (minimum 1.5 hours per visit), allowing you to pay only for the precise support you require. (This Facility requires our Key holding facility as necessity)
