Mark and Andreas Apartments offer a simple key holding service, that with your express permission, can be given to any professional service in the event of an issue with your property.
We can also do regular checks of your property in your absence ensuring everything is ok. (One hour minimum charge for this service) and If anything is found out of the ordinary, we can contact you.
We have a fixed annual fee for basic key holding. This also includes the provision of allowing tradesmen to access your property (Only with your explicit consent)
The price for this peace of mind service, is only €125.00 plus IVA annually. Contact us today if you need more information
