We can also do regular checks of your property in your absence ensuring everything is ok. (One hour minimum charge for this service) and If anything is found out of the ordinary, we can contact you.
We have a fixed fee for basic key holding. This also includes the provision of allowing tradesmen to access your property (Only with your explicit consent)
